Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Dinger Grid, the business operating DingerGrid, handles information when you use the service. The current version has no user accounts, advertising profiles, or payment processing.

1. Information stored on your device

DingerGrid uses browser storage to remember your theme, onboarding status, candidate lists, include/lean/exclude choices, ticket history, activity counters, and a short-lived copy of market information. This information normally stays in your browser and is not intentionally transmitted to DingerGrid merely because it is saved there.

2. Retention and deletion

Daily candidate and ticket data is designed to be removed from browser storage after seven days. Market data is cached for approximately four hours. Theme and activity preferences may remain until you clear them, clear browser data, or use an available reset control. Removing browser storage may erase your local history.

3. Information processed to operate the site

When you visit, hosting and security providers may automatically process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs. This processing helps deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the service.

4. Odds and third-party data

When the HR market is loaded, DingerGrid’s server requests market data from a third-party odds provider and returns relevant information to the app. Your locally entered candidate list and generated ticket history are not intentionally sent with that market request.

5. Messages

If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your email address and message. We use it to respond, keep appropriate records, and protect the service.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, or supply data to DingerGrid; disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or transferred as part of a business reorganization, subject to applicable law.

7. Cookies and analytics

DingerGrid does not currently use advertising cookies or a third-party behavioral analytics product. Essential hosting technology and browser storage may still be used to operate the site. This Policy will be updated before materially different tracking is introduced.

8. Children

DingerGrid is intended only for adults age 21 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. Security and choices

No system is completely secure. You can reduce locally stored information by using the site’s reset controls or clearing site data in your browser. You may also contact us with a privacy question or request; identity verification may be required where appropriate.

10. State and international rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, or appeal. DingerGrid will evaluate verified requests under applicable law. The site is operated for a U.S. audience and is not intentionally directed to jurisdictions where its operation would violate local law.
