Before you start
Does creating an account start a paid subscription?
No. A subscription starts only after you complete Stripe checkout. You can create an account separately.
How do I cancel or update my payment method?
Open Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your trial or current billing period; Stripe shows the exact date.
Will my free ticket disappear at signup?
It remains in local history on the same browser. Pro-generated tickets sync across devices. Guest tickets are stored on the browser where you made them.
Are picks guaranteed?
No. DingerGrid organizes selections and publishes research with a visible results record. Outcomes and market availability can change.
